Cumberland Center tenant renews lease
SITA to retain 163,561 square feet in Atlanta

CarrAmerica Realty Corp. announced that SITA has renewed its lease agreement for 163,561 square feet of office, storage and equipment space at Cumberland Center II in Atlanta, Ga.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Cumberland Center II is a 16-story, class A office building containing 400,000 square feet. The property is located on Cumberland Boulevard next to Cumberland Mall.
SITA, a provider of global information and telecommunication services to the air transport industry, was represented by David Demarest and William Propst of Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia Inc. Scott Rees of Carr Real Estate Services Inc., a subsidiary of CarrAmerica, represented the landlord.
CarrAmerica owns, develops and operates office properties in 12 markets throughout the United States.
