First Industrial sells San Diego warehouse
U.S./Mexican logistics service pays nearly $6.6 million

Customhouse Plaza LLC/Border Trade Services bought a 111,644-square-foot building in San Diego, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $6.6 million.
Border Trade Services' newly acquired building includes a 68,000-square-foot, fully fenced, paved and lit truck yard. Emery Worldwide occupies approximately 23,000 square feet, and Border Trade Services will occupy the remaining 88,644 square feet.
First Industrial Realty Trust was the seller.
Kelly Nicholls of BRE Commercial represented Border Trade Services Inc. Louay Alsadek and Scott Henderson also of BRE Commercial represented First Industrial.
Border Trade Services is a full-service American/Mexican third-party logistics service company in the border region.
First Industrial Realty Trust owns, operates and manages industrial facilities across the country.
San Diego-based BRE Commercial is a privately held commercial real estate brokerage.
