Hennes & Mauritz relocates in New Jersey
Fashion retailer inks lease for 326,500 square feet of warehouse space

Binswanger/Klatskin represented AMB Property Corp. in a 326,500-square-foot lease to H&M Hennes & Mauritz L.P. for space in a North Arlington, N.J., warehouse.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
H&M is relocating its operations from Secaucus to this new facility, located at 100 Porete Ave., which it will occupy in its entirety and utilize for warehouse and distribution purposes. H&M aims to become a leading name in fashion throughout the U.S.
Situated in close proximity to Manhattan, 100 Porete Avenue, known as the Porete Avenue Warehouse, is a industrial distribution facility featuring 27.5 foot clear ceilings, level heavy floor loads, energy efficient metal halide lighting, independent generator and ESFR sprinkler system.
Teterboro, N.J.-based Binswanger/Klatskin is a member of Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, an international full-service real estate organization.
