UPS inks Atlanta lease
Picks up 214,148 square feet in warehouse

Colliers Cauble & Co. represented Principal Life Insurance Co. in its leasing 214,148 square feet of distribution space in Atlanta to UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The space, located at Airport Distribution Center Three, represents a little more than half of the available building, which totals 406,989 square feet. This new building provides 30-foot clear ceilings, an ESFR sprinkler system, cross-dock configuration and deep truck courts measuring 175 feet, including extra trailer parking spaces.
Jim Medbery of Binswanger represented the tenant in the transaction.
