Hebron Heights sells in Carollton

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the 60,000-square-foot Hebron Heights Shopping Center in Carollton, Texas.
The value of the transaction was $12.4 million.
Hebron Heights, located at 1008 Hebron Parkway, was constructed in 1999 and sits on 10.36 acres of land.
A locally based investment group sold the property to a Los Angeles-based investment group.
Occupancy was 100 percent at the time of sale. The tenant roster includes Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse, RE/MAX DFW Associates, Fantastic Sam's, Farmers Insurance, Dunkin Donuts and Smoothie Factory.
