BentleyForbes buys build-to-suit in Maryland
Property leased to vehicle management co.

BentleyForbes purchased a 216,000-square-foot United States Headquarters building in Sparks, Md.
The value of the transaction was $42 million.
The three-story, class A office building is a campus-style build-to-suit development completed in March 2004. It is located at 940 Ridgebrook Road.
BentleyForbes represented itself in the transaction. David Scheffenacker Jr. of Preston Partners, Inc. represented the developer, Highland Partners, in the sale.
The tenant, PHH Arval, a global fleet management company, fully occupied the property at the time of sale.
Los Angeles-based BentleyForbes is a commercial real estate investment company.
