BJ's Wholesale Club sells in Florida

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a recently constructed BJ's Wholesale Club shopping plaza in Orlando, Fla.

The value of the transaction was approximately $13 million.

An Orlando-based investment partnership sold the property to a Florida-based real estate investment trust.

Waterford Lake Plaza, also known as BJ's Wholesale Club and Shops, is an approximately 116,932-square-foot center located just south of major Highway 408 in the southwest corner of Orlando. BJ's Wholesale Club is the major tenant occupying 92.9 percent of the 100 percent-occupied center. Other tenants include Global Communications Solutions, Lopez Pena Enterprises Corp., CORA Health Services, The Nail Club and New Generation Investments.
