Black & Decker takes Inland Empire build-to-suit

Black & Decker signed a five-year lease agreement for a 543,300-square-foot build-to-suit industrial building in Rialto, Calif.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The Black & Decker facility is located in the ProLogis I-210 Business Park.

Lee and Associates represented building owner ProLogis in the transaction. Colliers Seeley represented Black & Decker.
