Boulder Group closes multiple deals
Facilitates transfer of 101,215 square feet

The Boulder Group arranged three property dispositions totaling 101,215 square feet in Illinois, Florida and Oklahoma.
The total value of the transactions was $12.9 million.
In Temple Terrace, Fla., an $8.16 million sale was consummated for an 85,725-square-foot single tenant property on which Coca Cola Enterprises holds a 20-year triple net lease. A Canadian institutional investor purchased the property.
In Weatherford, Okla., a $4.65 million sale was consummated for a 14,490-square-foot single tenant property on which Walgreen's holds a 25-year triple net lease. A Chicago investor purchased the property.
In Ridott, Ill., a $102,500 sale was consummated for a 1,000-square-foot single tenant property on which The United States Postal Service holds a 13-year double net lease. A Los Angeles investor purchased the property as part of a 1031 exchange arising from the sale of an apartment property.
