Rosewood at Flower Hill sells in Maryland

Transwestern Commercial Services on Tuesday announced that its Institutional Multifamily Group brokered the sale of Rosewood at Flower Hill, a 240-unit multifamily community in Gaithersburg, Md.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Rosewood at Flower Hill, which is located at 18318 Streamside Drive, is a garden-style rental community with 84 one-bedroom units, 130 two-bedroom units and 26 three-bedroom units. The property was remodeled last year.

Fairfield Residential sold the property to an affiliate of Rockville, Md.-based Stellar Advisors.

Transwestern Commercial Services specializes in agency leasing, property and facility management, tenant representation and corporate advisory services.
