Law firms move to Times Square Tower
Boston Properties signs tenants to aggregate 131,807 square feet

Boston Properties signed two new lease agreements with two law firms totaling 131,807 square feet at Times Square Tower in Manhattan, N.Y.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
One lease, for 85,468 square feet, is with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP. The other lease, for 46,339 square feet, is with Pitney, Hardin, Kipp & Szuch LLP. Pitney Hardin is a more than 100-year-old New Jersey-based law firm with offices in New York City and Brussels.
Manatt Phelps and Pitney Hardin will be joining O'Melveny & Myers and Clarendon National Insurance Co., and will bring the building, which is set to open in late March of this year, to more than 35 percent leased.
