Wireless listings take Canada by storm

Executive Wireless announced Thursday it has been selected by the Toronto Real Estate Board to make its wireless multiple listing software service available to thousands of Canadian Realtors.

Under the agreement, Executive Wireless becomes an approved vendor and will offer its real estate-related wireless software, Wireless Realty, to TREB's nearly 20,000 real estate professionals. The software is compatible with a variety of devices, including Pocket PCs and Palm devices, as well as "smart" phones and laptops equipped with wireless network cards.

TREB Realtors will now have access to a comprehensive array of housing information and data anywhere, anytime – from information on homes just posted on the Multiple Listing Service, to listing photos and maps, local landmarks and estimated monthly mortgage payments.

Wireless Realty can also conduct searches of any property type by any status type, including active, sold and expired.

In addition to TREB, other Canadian real estate boards have begun using Executive Wireless software solutions, including: Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Winnipeg and Hamilton, which comprise more than 11,000 real estate pros.
