Advantis/GVA handles 1031 exchange
Diamond Hill gains nearly 71,000 square feet in Virginia

Advantis/GVA brokered the sale of a 70,772-square-foot office/warehouse property in Hampton, Va.
The value of the transaction was $1.7 million.
Albert B. Glickman, trustee, doing business as Virginia Properties, sold the 5601 City Line Road property to Diamond Hill Properties LLC. The building is located in Copeland Industrial Park on 12.5 acres.
Diamond Hill Properties, a local real estate investor, purchased the building as part of a reverse 1031 exchange.
The building was occupied by three tenants at the time of sale.
