Coldwell Banker Commercial arranges SoCal disposition

Coldwell Banker Commercial-North County Properties negotiated the sale of the 146,915-square-foot North Pointe West Business Park in Carlsbad, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $12.4 million.

The 14.5-acre project consists of eight buildings centered around a parking area and lunch patios.

Coldwell exclusively represented the seller, Carltas Co.

The identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
