Buyer gets 160,000 square feet

San Ysidro MW Partners sold a 160,000-square-foot self-storage building in San Ysidro, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $10.2 million.
International Self-Storage purchased the property, which is located at 2260 Via Tercero.
