Comcast building sells in Colorado

Binswanger/CBB negotiated the sale of a 248,813-square-foot office building with acreage in Englewood, Colo.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property is located at 188 Inverness Drive.

Corporex Capital LLC purchased the property and plans on leasing the building to multiple tenants.

Comcast, which is principally involved with the operation of broadband cable networks, obtained the building with the acquisition of AT&T Broadband in November 2002.
