Liberty Plaza kicks in $10.8 million
Office property sold in North Dallas

Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. in Fort Worth, Texas, today announced the sale of Liberty
Plaza, a 219,000-square-foot Class A office property located in North Dallas.
The sale generated net proceeds to Crescent of $10.8 million, which were used to pay down the company's revolving credit facility.
Andrea Peskind and Brad Thornburg of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented Crescent in the sale.
Crescent is one of the nation's largest publicly held real estate investment trusts. The trust owns and manages a portfolio of 75 office buildings totaling 30 million square feet primarily located in the Southwestern United States, with major concentrations in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, Miami and Las Vegas.
