Marcus & Millichap keeps busy in Texas
Secures buyer for 400-plus-unit multifamily property

Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of the 418-unit Williamsburg Apartments in Grand Prairie, Texas.
The value of the transaction was $11 million.
Williamsburg Apartments, which encompasses 335,094 rentable square feet, is located at 2421 S. Carrier Parkway. The community's unit mix includes 197 one-bedroom/one-bath units of 702 square feet; 99 two-bedroom/one-and-a half-bath units of 960 square feet; 92 two-bedroom/two-bath units also at 960 square feet; and 30 efficiency units at 448 square feet.
AIMCO Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIMCO, a Denver-based real estate investment trust, sold the property to Dallas-based ECOM WillMax Williamsburg LLC.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
