Metroplex sold in San Diego
Industrial center includes three buildings

Colliers International brokered the sale of three multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 92,930 square feet in San Diego, Calif.
The total value of the transaction was $10 million.
The three properties, known as the Metroplex Technology Center, are located at 8909, 8949 and 8969 Kenamar Drive, adjacent to the pyramid-shaped San Diego Design Center on Miramar Road.
The buyer was The Realty Associates Fund VI, LP, based in Newport Beach, Calif. The seller was Pars Sorrento Valley Science Park II LLC, headquartered in San Diego.
Major tenants include JPS Floor Coverings, Prudential Design Center, Master Tile West Inc. and Broad Display.
