Audio tours free to agents

Prudential California Realty has a new function on its Web site that enables home shoppers to listen to a "Talking Tour" of a home listing while looking at multiple photos of the home.
The audio tours download within 25-30 seconds when clicked on, and provide a 30- to 60-second talking tour of the for-sale home. Prudential California is offering the service free to its agents.
The talking tour feature is intended to encourage agents to upload multiple photos of for-sale listings, something online consumers request, according to Prudential California Senior Marketing Manager Cathy Harrington. About 822 agents currently have audio tours on home listings.
The audio tour is created automatically within 48 hours after an agent loads the second photo into a listing. The company that provides the TalkingTour service, records the audio content for the listing so agents don't have to spend time recording the clips themselves.
Prudential California Realty is an independently owned and operated member of the Prudential Realty Network.
