Store leases 87,000 square feet in Hamilton Township

Levin Management Corp., a regional property management firm in North Plainfield, N.J., has signed 11 leases in three states, totaling 148,891 square feet.

 

The largest lease was signed by Shop Rite, which has taken 87,000 square feet at Klockner Corner, a new 200,000-square-foot center in Hamilton Township, N.J.

 

The second largest lease was signed by A. C. Moore, which has leased 22,574 square feet at 261,906-square-foot Paramus Place on Route 4 in Paramus, N.J. The other eight smaller leases were signed by CVS, Washington Mutual Bank, Panera Bread, Dura Mater, (a laundry), Subway, Jos. A. Bank, The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Good Shepherd Physical Therapy and Quiznos.
