Correction

An Inman News story, "Real estate commission splits cross legal line," yesterday contained two inaccuracies. Thomas O. Gorman, a lawyer with Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, represented Realty One in litigation. Sections 1-12 and 1-13 of the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, amended in January 2003 and January 2004, respectively, relate to notification about compensation amounts.
