Equity Residential lands SoCal multifamily complex

Colliers Seeley International arranged the sale of a class A, 294-unit garden-style apartment community in Valencia, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $50 million.

Jefferson at Town Center, adjacent to the Valencia Town Center, provides amenities such as a full-service clubhouse, jogging and biking trails, a 2-acre park, a playground, a sand volleyball court and a resort-style pool. The average unit is 963 square feet.

The owner, JPI, sold the 14.6-acre property to Equity Residential.
