Metro Commercial negotiates lease agreement for 63,000 square feet

Metro Commercial Real Estate negotiated a lease agreement on behalf of Supremo Food Market for 63,000 square feet of space at the Airport Circle Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot shopping center in Pennsauken, N.J.
Airport Circle Plaza is located on Routes 130 and 38 in Pennsauken. Supremo Food Market replaced a former K-Mart and now anchors the shopping center.
Metro Commercial agents Dan Brickner and Rob Cooper represented the landlord in the negotiations.
Metro Commercial Real Estate specializes in retail leasing, tenant representation, property management, investment sales and construction services.
