Retail center bags new owner

NewBridge Retail Advisors represented Oaktree Capital Management in the sale of Cross Country Plaza to Glenwood Development. The property is located at the intersection of Macon Road and I-185 in Columbus, Ga.

Cross Country Plaza is a 408,283-square-foot community center anchored by Publix, OfficeMax, Books-A-Million and other junior anchors.

The center was approximately 67 percent occupied at the time of sale.
