Voit fills industrial, office space in SoCal
Completes lease transactions for an aggregate 158,000 square feet

Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, has completed lease transactions in Orange County, Calif., totaling nearly 158,000 square feet.
U Line, a shipping supplies company, agreed to occupy 74,660 square feet of industrial space located at 50 Icon in Foothill Ranch for a term of two years. The company will use the facility as a secondary distribution and warehouse facility. Trent Walker, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit represented the lessor, Northwestern Mutual Life. David Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.
In a separate transaction, the County of Orange agreed to occupy a 21,303-square-foot office building located at 12661 Hoover Street in Garden Grove for a term of five years. The transaction was valued at $1.7 million.
In another transaction, Crevier Motors, the parent company of Crevier BMW, signed a 60-month lease agreement to occupy a 26,762-square-foot industrial building located at 1800 Wilshire Ave. in Santa Ana for $1.1 million.
