Family trust acquires SoCal apartments

Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of Grand Villas, a 104-unit apartment community in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $18.8 million.

The complex is located at 15101 Magnolia Blvd.

Irvine, Calif.-based The Bascom Group, in partnership with New York-based JP Morgan, sold the property to Miles Cooperman Family Trust of Encino, Calif.
