Fife Business Park sold in Washington
Harsch Investment Properties expands portfolio in Northwest

Harsch Investment Properties purchased the Fife Business Park, a 290,789-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial park in Washington State's Port of Tacoma area.
The value of the transaction was approximately $28.3 million.
Fife Business Park is located on Pacific Highway East (SR 99) and Willow Street approximately one mile from the port and with direct access onto Interstate 5.
At the time of sale, the 11-building, 23.2-acre property contained 110 tenants, which included Bank of America, Wells Fargo Mortgage, Northpoint Trading, Ashmead Education and Fife Business Park Executive Suites.
Harsch Investment Properties purchased the business park direct from Team Fife LLC.
Dean Trenery of DJT Realty Advisors represented Team Fife. Steve Sutherland and Craig Wilson of CB Richard Ellis represented Harsch, with assistance from Scott Alan and Arvin VanderVeen of Colliers International.
Portland, Ore.-based Harsch Investment Properties is a privately held real estate company that acquires and develops commercial properties.
