Inland Western gains in Texas
Acquires Heritage Towne Crossing in Euless

Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust purchased its fourth property in the state of Texas, a 73,480-square-foot community shopping center in Euless, a northern suburb of Dallas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Inland Western purchased this SuperTarget-anchored center from Heritage Towne Crossing, L.P. While the SuperTarget was not part of the transaction, tenants of Heritage Towne Crossing, such as Washington Mutual, Taco Bell, Panda Express, The Mattress Firm, and Gamestop, all benefit from the traffic it generates.
Inland Western was represented by Tice and Inland attorney Robin Rash. John Weber and attorney Wayne Miller represented Heritage Towne Crossing, LP in the transaction.
