Law firm secures San Diego headquarters
Inks 10-year lease agreement in office park

Prentiss Properties and Southwind Construction Inc. have leased 78,198 square feet in a planned office building to a local law firm in Del Mar, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $29.9 million.
Morrison & Foerster LLP, a law firm with 1,000 lawyers in 19 offices worldwide, will lease the space at 12531 High Bluff Drive for 120 months. This 3-story and 4-story class A corporate office complex totals 157,859 square feet.
Morrison & Foerster intends to use this space as its San Diego headquarters. June 2005 is the tentative occupancy date for the office complex.
