Medical supplier acquires SoCal digs
Picks up 80,000 square feet of industrial space

Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of an 80,060-square-foot industrial building in Irwindale, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $3.7 million.
The property, constructed in 1979, is located at 16016 Montoya St.
Medical supply company AM PM Plastics Inc. purchased the property from Minneapolis-based BMC Industries, which housed its West Coast operations for Vision-Ease Lens at this location.
David Brackmann of Ashwill Associates represented AM PM Plastics in this transaction.
