Stonebridge Ranch sells in Arizona

Hendricks & Partners brokered the sale of Stonebridge Ranch, a 392-unit apartment community in Chandler, Ariz.

The value of the transaction was $32.5 million.

The property, located at 575 West Pecos Road, opened in 2002. The class A community offers 9 spacious floor plans, a density of less than 15 units per acre and full common-area amenities, including detached garages.

San Diego-based Fairfield Stonebridge L.P. sold the property to Chandler Stonebridge L.P. of San Diego.
