Voit takes Orange County by industrial storm
Arranges multimillion-dollar leases with high-profile tenants

Voit Commercial Brokerage recently completed industrial lease transactions in Orange County, Calif., totaling nearly 158,000 square feet.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
The County of Orange has signed a 60-month lease agreement on a 21,303-square-foot office building located at 12661 Hoover St. in Garden Grove for $1.7 million.
Mike Bouma of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the lessor, PGP Partners. The County of Orange represented itself.
U Line Inc. has signed a 48-month lease agreement for a 74,660-square-foot industrial building located at 50 Icon in Foothill Ranch. U Line, a shipping supplies company, will use the facility as a secondary distribution and warehouse facility.
Trent Walker of Voit's Irvine office, as well as Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, represented the lessor, Northwestern Mutual Life. David Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.
Crevier Motors, the parent company of Crevier BMW, which is one of Southern California's leading luxury car dealerships, has signed a 60-month lease agreement for a 26,762-square-foot industrial building located at 1800 Wilshire Ave. in Santa Ana for $1.1 million.
Crevier Motors will use this facility, located near its BMW dealership at the Santa Ana Auto Mall, for new car preparation.
Dave Travis of Voit's Irvine office represented Crevier Motors. John Collins, also of Voit's Irvine office, represented the lessor, RREEF.
