Multifamily communities purchased in El Paso
274 units change hands

Hendricks & Partners arranged the sales of the 100-unit Del Este and the 174-unit Del Este II multifamily communities in El Paso, Texas.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
El Paso-based Firestone/Montana LTD sold Del Este, located at 3541 Peerless, to an undisclosed buyer.
El Paso-based Shannon Place Partners LP sold Del Este II, located at 10561 Shannon Place, to El Paso-based EPT Dos Santos Apartments Limited Partnership.
Winston Black of the Colorado Springs office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sales.
