Prudential gains Iowa real estate brokerage

Prudential Real Estate Affiliates recently announced a merger with Council Bluffs, Iowa-based Lakeshore Realty, which will now operate as Prudential Lakeshore Realty.

Prudential Lakeshore Realty, located at 4409 Piute St., is a real estate company that specializes in residential, commercial and agricultural properties to clients in the Council Bluffs area, as well as Omaha, Neb., and surrounding suburbs.

Owners Dave and Kathy Rogness operated the firm independently for the past three years.

Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services is Prudential Financial's integrated real estate brokerage franchise and relocation services business. As of Dec. 31, 2003, there were more than 1,700 franchise offices and 50,000 sales professionals in the franchise network in the U.S. and Canada.
