SoCal industrial park sells to Koll Co.
Property includes 8 buildings

Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial brokered the sale of the 155,000-square-foot La Costa Meadows Industrial Center in San Marcos, Calif.
The sale price for the eight-building business park, located at NEC Rancho Santa Fe Road and La Costa Meadows Drive, was $12 million.
The Koll Co. purchased the property from La Costa Meadows Industrial Center LP.
San Diego-based Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial is a privately held commercial real estate brokerage.
