SZA Real Estate buys landmark office building

Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial negotiated the sale of The Timbers in Del Mar, a 47,534-square-foot architectural landmark office building in Del Mar, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $12.9 million.

SZA Real Estate bought the property, located at 445 Marine View Ave., from Hibiscus Investments Inc.

San Diego-based Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial is a privately held commercial real estate brokerage.
