Transaction management deal completed

SettlementRoom Systems, one of the original creators of Web-based transaction management software for real estate agents and brokers, on Friday announced that it has become a preferred supplier for Prudential Real Estate nationwide.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Transaction management software allows individual agents or entire companies to manage all of their business through a well-organized online interface. This technology has matured dramatically over the last few years, and is now being adopted by national franchises, associations, brokers, and agents across the country.
SettlementRoom Systems Inc. is a software company serving the real estate industry.
