ListAndSend product aims for simple list process on the go

Real estate agents who belong to the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois now will have access to home listing technology that will enable them to capture and export listing data using a handheld device or Tablet PC, among other features.
MLSNI entered an agreement with technology provider Threewide Corp. for the licensed use of various data tools from Threewide's ListAndSend product suite. The technology enables realty agents to export listing data and images to Web sites, brokerage systems and other destinations.
The ListAndSend product suite aims to simplify the process of capturing, packaging and exporting data. With ListCapture, listing data can be captured and validated at the listing location using a PDA, Pocket PC or Tablet PC, or off-site using a standard Web browser. Once captured, the data can be reformatted and combined with additional data from many different sources and then automatically exported to a variety of destinations, including agent and broker Web sites, back-end broker systems and third party real estate applications.
MLSNI is one of the largest association-owned MLSs in the country with about 39,000 members in more than 6,900 realty offices in the Chicago area.
Approximately seven other markets use the ListAndSend and ListCapture technology, including MRIS in Washington, D.C.
