Orange County investor buys apartments

Hendricks & Partners is pleased to announce the sale of Strada, a 130-unit apartment community in Orange, Calif. 

The value of the transaction was $19 million.

The property is located at 175 North Feldner Road.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based CT Realty sold the property to Newport Beach-based Rudy A. Mariman.

Hendricks & Partners is a national advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
