Prudential California grows real estate brokerage

Prudential California Realty, a member of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., on Monday announced the association of a newly formed real estate brokerage servicing the Lake County area.

The new company is called Prudential California Realty and is headquartered in Middletown in Northern California. Its owners, Mary Ann O'Neil and Dave Hughes, have 48 years of combined real estate experience.

Currently, Prudential California Realty has two offices in Lake County; however, O'Neil and Hughes have plans for rapid expansion and for recruiting additional sales professionals to enable the company to better service the entire Lake area. The Middletown office is located at 21152 Calistoga St., #103. The second office is located in Clearlake at 14085 Lakeshore Dr. The firm services residential, agricultural, vineyard and ranch, and commercial properties in Lake County.

Prudential California Realty is an independently owned and operated member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.
