Site sold for multifamily complex in Massachusetts

CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners negotiated the sale of The Residences at Presidents Place, a 200-unit apartment development site in Quincy, Mass.

Intercontinental Real Estate Fund IV LLC purchased the site for approximately $5.2 million.

The Residences at Presidents Place is located within the Presidents Place mixed-use development. President's Place is comprised of 349,085 square feet of class A office space, 40,000 square feet of retail space and a 1,100-space garage.

Lincoln Property Co. was the seller.
