Gospel church leases industrial space
Organization plans sanctuary remodel

Catellus Development Corp. recently leased the former MTI Technology Corp. headquarters to The Foursquare Gospel Church in Anaheim, Calif.
The 10-year lease, with an option to purchase, was valued at $11 million.
The Foursquare Gospel Church will move from its current location in East Anaheim into the 130,595-square-foot industrial building located at 4905 East La Palma Ave.
The organization plans to make tenant improvements to the facility that will include remodeling the warehouse space into a sanctuary and using the existing offices for church management.
