Milan Properties picks up L.A. office building

Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. facilitated the sale of an 87,722-square-foot office building in North Hollywood, Calif.

The value of the transaction was approximately $8.5 million.

Built in 1986, the six-story building is located at 6400 Laurel Canyon Blvd.

Lee & Associates represented the seller, 6400 Laurel Canyon Investors LLC, in the transaction. John Smeltzer of Marcus Millichap in San Diego, Calif., represented the buyer, Milan Properties.

Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. provides commercial real estate services throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities.
