Post dumps Texas apartments
13-year-old property sells to undisclosed buyer

Post Properties sold Post Windhaven, a 474-unit garden apartment community in Plano, Texas.
The buyer and sale price were not disclosed.
Post Windhaven was built in 1991 and acquired by Post in 1997 as a part of the company's acquisition of Columbus Realty Trust.
Post Properties is one of the largest developers and operators of upscale multifamily communities in the United States.
