L.A. warehouses landed by non-profit, retailer

Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. arranged two industrial sales on behalf of Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC totaling 94,000 square feet in Van Nuys, Calif.

The total value of the transactions was $9.3 million

The first industrial sale, a 60,000-square-foot building totaling more than $5.8 million, is located at 7801 Hayvenhurst Ave. Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC sold the property to E&S International Enterprises Corp., a distributor and reseller of consumer electronics.

The second industrial sale, The Commerce Center at Van Nuys Airport, is a 34,000-square-foot building totaling more than $3.5 million. It is located at 7741 Hayvenhurst Ave. Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC sold the property to City Art, a community, non-profit art gallery.
