ProLogis signs leases with home appliance retailer

ProLogis signed two leases with H.H. Gregg Appliances Inc., one near Columbus, Ohio, for 166,790 square feet at Capital Park South, and the other near Cincinnati for 100,800 square feet at Sharonville Distribution Center.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

H.H. Gregg is an Indianapolis-based retailer of home appliances and electronics with more than 50 retail stores throughout the Midwest.

Capital Park South is located a mile from the I-270 Beltway and I-71 in Grove City, 10 miles southeast of Columbus. Other ProLogis customers at the park include Bacou-Dalloz, APL Logistics and Nippon Express.

Sharonville Distribution Center, located approximately 10 miles north of Cincinnati, has immediate interstate highway access to I-275 and is comprised of three facilities, totaling more than 480,000 square feet. Other ProLogis customers at Sharonville Distribution Center include Pac Worldwide, Ad-Ex International and Windsor Door.

ProLogis is an owner of distribution facilities and services worldwide.
