GSA inks lease agreement worth $6.5 million

The U.S. General Services Administration has signed a 10-year lease agreement for space at Pasadena Towers in Los Angeles in a transaction valued at $6.5 million.
The government agency agreed to occupy approximately 20,000 square feet and will relocate the Office of Social Security Appeals from 150 S. Los Robles Ave.
Pasadena Towers is a 208,000-square-foot building located at 800 East Colorado Blvd. The property is owned by Equity Office Properties Trust and is comprised of twin nine-story charcoal granite and travertine marble buildings.
Cushman & Wakefield represented GSA in the transaction. Colliers Seeley represented EOP.
GSA is a centralized federal procurement and property management agency created by Congress to improve government efficiency and help federal agencies better serve the public. It acquires, on behalf of federal agencies, office space, equipment, telecommunications, information technology, supplies and services.
