RE/MAX Relocation has redesigned its Web site to give corporations and transferees faster and easier access to information about their relocations.
The makeover includes Servicengine, a Web-based relocation management system that tracks the relocation process. This software enhances communication with relocation program participants and provides a centralized database for information regarding the move in process.
"We redesigned the Web site to offer our clients and transferees easier access to their personal move information, as well as to provide a better description of our global services to the corporate community," said RE/MAX Relocation VP Thom Kessler.
The new technology was customized to reflect the services the company provides to people who are being transferred and corporation personnel who direct the tasks of employee relocations.
The employer's and employee's access to tracking services on the Web site is password-protected for privacy and security.
"Clients can now go online at any time to determine the status of their relocation process and services being rendered," Kessler said.
RE/MAX Relocation is an independently owned and operated relocation services management company headquartered in Denver, Colo.
