Countrywide partners with Century 21 All Islands

Countrywide Home Loans and Century 21 All Islands have formed a joint venture, Western Paradise Financial, Countrywide announced today.

Western Paradise Financial will be an operating division of Countrywide Mortgage Ventures LLC and will have locations in Honolulu and Kapaa, Hawaii.

The joint venture is the latest in a string of joint ventures the company has announced this year, including ones in northwest Montana and New York's Greater Hudson Valley.

Countrywide Mortgage Ventures was founded in 2001 to facilitate joint ventures between Countrywide Home Loans and various homebuilders, real estate companies and financial services companies. The company is headquartered in Calabasas, Calif.

Century 21 All Islands is a combination of a merger of several of the state's largest independently owned Century 21 franchises and several large local independent real estate organizations.
